How to watch DirecTV satellite channels
- To turn on the TV and DirecTV tuner, slide the switch at the top of the remote to the left to select the AT&T/DirecTV logo, and then hit the ON button at the top right of the remote
- If you don't immediately see DirecTV satellite channels, hit the "TV INPUT" button at the top left of the remote once or twice to select "HDMI1" or "HDMI2" on the screen
- You're now watching DirecTV satellite channels
- To turn off, slide the switch at the top of the remote to the left to select the AT&T/DirecTV logo, and then hit the OFF button at the top right of the remote
How to watch streaming Apps, such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu
- Note, you'll need your own login credentials to use these services
- Slide the switch at the top of the remote to the left to select the AT&T/DirecTV logo, and then hit the ON button at the top right of the remote
- Hit the "TV INPUT" button at the top left of the remote once or twice to select "TV Plus" on the screen
- Slide the switch at the top of the remote to the right to select TV
- Hit the MENU button on the remote twice to reveal the lower on-screen menu showing the available Apps (Netflix, Prime etc)
- Use the black arrow keys on the remote and the yellow SELECT button to choose the App you want
- Sign in using your own credentials
- Press the EXIT button on the remote to return to the lower on-screen menu showing the available Apps
- To turn off, slide the switch at the top of the remote to the left to select the AT&T/DirecTV logo, and then hit the OFF button at the top right of the remote
