COVID-19 Update
We remain open for business and continue to welcome guests to Crosby Lofts. But, of course, we have changed some things to ensure the safety of our guests and our team. We continue to monitor advisories and updates from the CDC, WHO and MDH and will make changes as necessary.
Health and Safety for our guests and employees
Our contactless check-in and check-out procedure remains in place. Guests receive their personal access code by email before their stay, and there is no physical interaction with our employees either on arrival or departure.
Guest rooms - along with our regular thorough cleaning protocols, housekeepers will disinfect high-touch items in rooms such as door handles, locks, light switches, remote controls, alarm clocks, faucets and toilets. Each of our rooms has independent heating and cooling systems.
Public spaces - our housekeepers will sanitize high-touch items in public spaces at Crosby Lofts. Note, we do not have elevators.
Linen is washed at high temperature in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Hand sanitizer - we will provide hand-sanitizer for guests and employees in several public places at Crosby Lofts.
Our deck and bike shed remain open, and guests should follow any physical distancing guidelines.
