Please book online, right here on our website www.CrosbyLoftsMN.com. No same-day bookings after 9pm. We always advise booking as early as possible, as it will take some time for your access code to be generated, sent to the locks and emailed to you.
THIS IS IMPORTANT! Crosby Lofts does not have onsite staff and there are no physical door keys or cards. Instead we use smart-locks to provide secure access to the property. One week before your arrival you will receive an email with instructions on how to use your personal access code. Please check your email spam/junk folders if you don't see it. You'll use this code to enter the property and your room. It is only valid for the duration of your visit. Be sure not to forget or lose your code!
For rooms 1 through 8 in the 30 West Main Street building, you will enter the property on the west side of the building, on 1st Avenue SW, through the door by the "Crosby Lofts" signage.
For rooms 9 through 16 in the 102 West Main Street building, you will enter the property on the north of the building, on Main Street, through the center door below the "Crosby Lofts" signage.
No. All rooms are on the second floor accessed by stairs, and there is no elevator at Crosby Lofts.
Between November 1st and April 1st parking is not allowed on city streets between 2am and 7am. You could be ticketed or towed if you park on the street overnight in winter, so please park in our private fenced parking lot directly behind (south) the Crosby Lofts building, using the numbered spot corresponding to your room number. During daytime, and at any time during summer months, you are welcome to park in the lot and there is also ample free parking on the side streets around Crosby Lofts.

There are several nearby entry points. The closest entry point accesses the Portsmouth Unit trails and is less than a half mile from Crosby Lofts, located on the west side of Highway 6 between 3rd St NW and 4th St NW.
For use by our guests in both our properties (30 West Main AND 102 West Main), we feature the “Red Shed”—an awesome 1700 square foot bike storage room in our original 30 West Main building, monitored 24/7 by security cameras, with bike racks and a large locker for each room, to store your dirty bike gear, shoes, etc. Please bring your own cable lock or U lock for your bike. The lockers are numbered for each room and are secured with a single use keypad (you choose your own code). Crosby Lofts also features an outside bike wash area. No bicycles, gear, bike shoes, are allowed to be stored in the rooms at Crosby Lofts.
Both of our buildings have huge, south-facing decks. There's a private door for Crosby Loft guests to access the decks, and during restaurant hours diners have access too. Enjoy some food and cold drink in the sun! Weather permitting the decks will be open from April 1st through Oct 31st. Please respect our quiet time from 10pm to 7am.
10pm – 7am — Please be considerate of other guests. While you may be a night owl and had a fun night on the town and want to continue the party, other guests may be trying to sleep.

Please check our Room Descriptions and Virtual Tours pages, as our rooms vary in design. Maximum room occupancy varies from two to six adults. Our bunk beds in 30 West Main are very sturdy, comfortable, purpose-built adult-sized beds.
All of our rooms have their own beautiful en-suite bathroom. Each has a tiled shower, basin and toilet. They're very well equipped with soft towels and all the amenities.
We have a washer and dryer inside the Red Shed in 30 West Main that guests are welcome to use. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
Our housekeepers are at Crosby Lofts daily to tidy and restock supplies. Clean towels daily (if left on the floor) and sheets every few days if you are staying with us for an extended period. When you check out, please help our housekeepers by leaving your room tidy. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee, or decline future reservations, if rooms are left in poor condition.
Crosby Lofts is monitored 24/7, exterior and interior, by a recorded camera system. Our our smart-lock system restricts, records and reports upon property access. Personal access codes are issued to guests which only gives access only for the duration of their stay.
